Start Using AIPanelX

Before starting, consider your usage requirements:

* Resources can be upgraded later without affecting data.

Have the following ready:

• Domain Name (e.g., example.com)
• Email for system notifications
• Existing Website Data (if any) - FTP / Hosting Login
• Database (MySQL/MariaDB)

Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS recommended

After launching the VPS, you will receive:

• Server IP Address
• Username (usually root)
• Password or SSH Key
• URL for accessing AIPanel

1. Open browser → Enter AIPanel URL
2. Login with provided credentials

The system will automatically:

• Check server health
• Install basic services (Nginx, PHP, DB)
• Enable AI Monitoring

Once complete, you will see the main Dashboard.

1. Go to Websites menu
2. Click Add New Website
3. Enter details:
   • Domain name
   • PHP Version
   • Document Root
4. Click Create

System automatically creates web folder, configures Virtual Host, and prepares for SSL.

Go to your domain registrar and set:

Wait for DNS Propagation approx 5–30 mins (up to 24h in some cases).

Case 1: WordPress

• Upload files via File Manager or FTP
• Import Database
• Edit wp-config.php

Case 2: PHP / HTML Website

• Upload all files to Document Root
• Import Database (if any)

1. Go to SSL menu
2. Select domain
3. Click Install SSL

System issues Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically (Free, Auto-renew).

Email: Create Domain Email, use Webmail or connect Gmail/Outlook

Backup: Set auto-backup (Daily/Weekly), store Local or Cloud

Security: Firewall, Brute-force Protection, Malware Scan (AI detection)

• Website accessible (HTTP / HTTPS)
• Database connection correct
• Email sending/receiving works
• SSL shows Secure
• Backup scheduled correctly

When ready, AIPanel will:

• Monitor Server Health 24/7
• Alert on potential issues
• Analyze Performance
• Suggest improvements (AI Insight)
